Belmont 270 – A Statement of Sophisticated Simplicity Belmont 270 is a modern masterpiece that blends grandeur with understated elegance. Its symmetrical facade, softened by warm timber accents and arched entryway, creates a bold yet inviting presence. Vertical battens add texture and privacy while allowing natural light to filter through, enhancing the home’s open and airy feel. Crafted with clean lines, soft neutral tones, and a seamless indoor-outdoor connection, Belmont 270 is designed for those who appreciate architectural balance, contemporary luxury, and effortless livability.

Project Description

Belmont 270 was designed as a sophisticated blend of symmetry, texture, and privacy for a growing family. With a brief centered around elegance and street presence, the project brings together natural materials and modern detailing. The result is a home that feels calm, sculptural, and timeless. Key design elements include:

Balanced Form:
A strong, symmetrical facade anchored by two upper volumes, softened by a central arched entryway.

Timber Screening:
Vertical timber battens provide privacy to upper-level windows while enhancing the rhythm of the façade.

Material Palette:
Smooth white render, timber cladding, and fine vertical textures create a clean yet tactile composition.

Arched Entrance:
A custom arched door creates a grand yet welcoming statement, echoing timeless European design cues.

Landscaping Integration:
Layered garden beds and soft greenery mirror the home’s structure, grounding the architecture in its environment.

"Seeing our future home in virtual reality was a game-changer. We could walk through every room, experience the materials, and make confident decisions before a single thing was built. The team didn’t just show us plans—they gave us an experience."
